3.0 MEMBERSHIP AND ADMISSION

The membership and admission shall be guided as follows:

Membership and admittance shall be applicable to corporate firm with registration with federal republic of Nigeria Corporate Affair Commission (CAC).
The firm shall be deemed qualified for membership with valid accreditation with federal/state government ministries and/or agencies on environment.
The National Executive Council (NEC) shall approve admittance of the intended environmental consultancy firm after satisfactory verification of the application, operational licenses/accreditation(s) and other relevant document.
Membership certificate shall be issued after confirmation of the registration and payment of a yearly subscription.
Membership shall be categorized into Gold (Evidence of Accreditation with FMEnv, NESREA, a State EPA as a minimum), Platinum (Evidence of Accreditation with NESREA and State EPA) and Bronze (Evidence of Accreditation with a State Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)).
The membership category shall determine the annual subscription fee which shall be determined and set by the National Executive Council.

Minimum of accreditation with a state Environmental protection Agency / Ministry

₦100,000/year

Minimum of accreditation with other federal Agencies e.g NESREA ,NMDPR,NUMDPR & STATE EPA

₦150,000/year

Accreditation with FEDERAL MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT & NESREA state EPAs or ministries
